The Role:

As a Facilities Manager you are responsible for the end to end management of all facilities across Stryker South Pacific providing our employees with a superior work environment.

  • Network builders. Managers who build connections with other teams and divisions and coordinate cross-functional collaboration.

What You Will Do:

  • Coordinate and manage a portfolio of property projects 
  • Build relationships with our employees, contractors and suppliers
  • Act as the point of contact for any facilities spend across the different departments
  • Negotiate supplier contracts to ensure agreed service levels are maintained
  • Ensure all properties are well presented and maintained

What You Will Need:

  • 2+ years Facilities/ Project Management experience
  • Proven experience building stakeholder relationships
  • Corporate experience desired
  • Ability to travel across Australia and NZ 20%
  • Willingness to be on-call
