The Job´s Mission

The Executive Candidate Care Specialist plays a valuable role in supporting our Global Executive Recruiting Team by providing best administrative support to both internal and external customers at Executive Management level and help ensure all Stryker candidates receive a positive recruiting experience. If you are passionate about delivering a high-quality service, have high attention to detail, thrive in a very fast paced environment where no two days are the same, and have a genuine interest in coordination and organization, this could be your next role. This role can either be based in Cork (IRE) or Amsterdam (NL).

Your Key Responsibilities

  • As an Executive Candidate Care Specialist you are responsible for a throughout positive Candidate Experience within Stryker’s recruiting process at Executive Management level.

  • You will own the executive candidate care process in EMEA, not only will you coordinate telephone and on-site interviews with international candidates and hiring managers, you will also be a trusted partner to our global Executive Recruiting Team throughout their EMEA based recruiting activities.

  • Working with our travel providers and Personal Assistants, you will coordinate any travel and accommodation for international candidates where applicable and manage travel expense claims.

  • You will drive projects within the Candidate Care organization for process improvement or cost reduction and support with other administrative tasks.

  • In this role, you will hold high responsibility from day one.

What Are We Looking For?

  • You have professional experience in an executive support or assistant role in a multinational corporate environment.

  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, preferably as well in an additional European language.

  • You have excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize effectively, handle multiple assignments at any given time and high attention to detail.

  • You demonstrate a high level of integrity and discretion.

  • You are an excellent networker and relationship builder. You adapt easily to work with a variety of people in various roles at senior management level in a fast-paced organization.

  • You are used to working under pressure and to deadlines and show initiative and self-motivation.

  • You hold strong PC skills, such as Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint.
