Job Description

The role:

As Marketing Associate - Events, you will primarily focus on planning, administration, coordination and execution of event projects and supporting activities for the Marketing function. 

Responsibilities:

  • Event Project Management - develop, coordinate and implement event projects for the Marketing function, working key internal and external stakeholders to ensure event projects are in line with strategic plans and to define detailed event requirements
  • Reporting – utilise relevant platforms to communicate with the sales team and create relevant reports, and collect and analyse event data
  • Administration - liaise with Industry associations, represent the Stryker brand, assist with creation and communication of marketing policies and procedures, and coordinate supplier management activities

Skills & Requirements:

  • Excellent communication, negotiation and co-ordination skills
  • Ability to build strong and trusted relationships with internal and external colleagues, and service providers
  • Strong project management, planning and time management skills
  • Dedicated team player with the drive to go above and beyond in everything you do
  • High level computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word and PowerPoint)
