Are you a communications expert?  This is a terrific opportunity to join Accelerate, Stryker’s largest transformational ERP program to date, impacting the entire organization. Not only are we implementing SAP, we are changing the way we do business across the organization.

The ERP Sales Change and Communications Manager is an integral part of the Accelerate team.  This role is responsible for developing outstanding communications plans and training activities for Sales representatives and will partner with the Accelerate Communications team to develop and execute the overall external-facing communication strategy for the program.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the timely and effective communication of the Global ERP program to the sales organization and external stakeholders
  • Lead regular update meetings with Sales leaders
  • Create communications and trainings for internal stakeholders
  • Execute training of Sales representatives on SAP and partner systems
  • Partner with representatives from the business, the program and partner systems to identify change impacts for Sales and external stakeholders
  • Assist in other deployment communications as needed
  • Ensure communications are in alignment with the company’s strategies, goals, objectives and brand and materials are appropriately reviewed and approved according to review/approval processes and procedures in place


  • Bachelor’s degree required.  Major in English, communications, marketing or related field is preferred.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • 8 years of relevant experience preferred
  • Ability to communicate with and understand business needs and articulate those needs in a strategy and plan
  • Problem solver with creative approach to proactive identification and resolution of issues
  • Execution-oriented, self-starter and self-navigator who can prioritize high-value projects versus tasks in a fast-paced environment and balance demands of multiple projects
  • Highly responsive, with a customer-centric/solutions-oriented approach and the ability to serve a wide range of needs within the organization and at all levels
  • Graphic design experience is a plus
  • Understanding of ERP systems a plus
  • Understanding of the sales organization and schedule a plus
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite is required
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills including the ability to tailor communications style to audience; writing samples will be required
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills
  • Must have strong attention to detail
  • Must have flexibility to work in the multiple time zones of a global project
  • Must have the ability to complete all projects on time, on scope and on budget and meet all business requirements.
  • Must have the ability to move quickly without compromising quality
  • Must be able to use computer/office/telephone equipment

Please note that Accelerate is a unique program within Stryker.  While Portage, MI is the preferred sites for this role, we are open to employees sitting in other locations.
