Job Description

The ERP Process Lead for Order Management will lead the design of a new global Order Management sub-process in the Order to Cash Workstream.  This ERP Process Lead will represent Stryker divisions, functions, and geographies for Order Management platform integration.

The ERP Process Lead will be responsible for the achievement of program goals, objectives, and deliverables in Order Management.  This Lead will engage divisional and functional SMEs to provide input and participate in project activities, lead all testing and defect resolution activities in coordination with the testing team and system integration partners, and partner with Training and Change Management Leads to participate in proper documentation and business communication for Order Management.

Additionally, the ERP Process lead will provide functional guidance to training developers, lead and direct Data Quality and Data Conversion for the Order Management sub-process (including data mapping and validation activities), and Identify business use cases to be leveraged in test scenarios.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Ensure timely completion of project activities within their project track, create and maintain team deliverables.
  • Drive adoption of to-be business process to align with ERP capabilities and gain alignment with the Stryker divisions, functions, and geographies.
  • Coordinate involvement of Stryker SMEs in key project activities.
  • Lead solution design for Order to Cash "sub-process" areas with specific focus on domestic and intercompany order management.
  • Facilitate rapid decisions and the completion of the Solution Design and Key Configuration Decisions.
  • Lead and oversee process workshops.
  • Plan, lead, and oversee testing activities and Business Simulation for “sub-process” areas.
  • Own Stryker process deliverables and tasks for “sub-process” areas.
  • Ensure solution meets major business requirements.
  • Map major business sub-processes to solution, identifying major change impacts, working closely with the systems integrator and Stryker’s Global Information Services (IS).
  • Lead change management effort with users.
  • Works closely with systems integrator and provides “hands on” input into the configuration of the system.
  • Ensure completeness and accuracy of enterprise master data.
  • Drive the creation and delivery of training content.
  • Drive harmonized dustry-best practice process across all divisions and geographies allowing minor configurations (as necessary) with no customization.

Education, Qualifications & Experience:

  • BS, BA in Business Administration, or equivalent required.
  • Minimum 5+ years of industry experience in relevant process areas. 
  • Strong knowledge in relevant sub-processes.
  • Prior experience as a team member on a ERP, major business-system, or large-scale transformational programs desired.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively across multiple divisions and regions, with demonstrated strong influence skills with ability to build consensus and drive change.
  • Demonstrated ability to consider upstream and downstream process impacts and implications.
  • Ability to lead and motivate global cross-functional teams.
