GENERAL SUMMARY:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute on sales/business plans to achieve quarterly and annual sales/business objectives
  • Provide accurate and timely reports/forecasts via Salesforce (CRM)
  • Implement sales/marketing tactics and programs in order to meet or exceed assigned territory objectives
  • Manage and develop sales funnel within assigned customer market segments
  • Strategically network the executive (C-level) to identify new prospects
  • Proactively identify and strategize ways to accelerate new business development
  • Develop internal relationships with all functional areas within Physio-Control
  • Work with cross functional teams as needed to deliver an effective solution for the customer
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of the Public Access defibrillation industry, including industry trends, industry financial measurements and performance indicators, and key competitors in our industry
  • Attend trade shows and sales meetings as needed

  • Ability to build consistent new revenue pipeline
  • Commitment to stay current with industry/sector trends
  • Ability to articulate, define and execute strategies to grow our sales to Enterprise customers
  • Experience with executive level sales

Job Requirements

Basic Qualifications:
  • A four-year degree in a business discipline or equivalent years of experience
  • Three years of successful B2B selling experience in solutions or products / services
  • Progressive position growth as measured by positions, territory size or sales results

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Recent track record or top 10% sales performance for sales force over 15 representatives or top 5% performance for sales force under 14 representatives
  • Ability to effectively communicate and interact with C level individuals of Fortune 1000 corporations or other executive decision makers
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Exhibit a high degree of ethics and integrity
  • Five+ years of recent successful selling experience.
  • Consistent track record of top 5% performance.
  • 3 years of successful selling to Fortune 1000 companies


Working Conditions:
  • The Enterprise Sales Representative reports to the Enterprise Sales Manager
  • Frequent travel 30-50% of the time inclusive of overnight stays
  • Ability to work out of a home office
