What you will do:

  • You will provide effective, proficient, and timely service, education, training and support to all customers in direct support of the sales and service teams to ensure optimal customer satisfaction.
  • You will provide clinical surgical support by operating/supporting all Stryker Endoscopy equipment and other portfolio solutions i.e. Medical, MedSurg, Communications, Orthopaedics
  • You will anticipate related device/solution needs of the hospital/staff, and provides support, training and education pre/post and during procedures.
  • You are responsible for trouble-shooting and maintaining Stryker Endoscopy and Communications equipment
  • You are responsible for trouble-shooting and maintaining Stryker solutions in Medical, MedSurg, Communications, Orthopaedics
  • You will Work with surgeons, patients, O.R. personnel, central processing, biomedical, and all other related personnel to maintain Stryker partnerships, support and relationships
  • You will maintain knowledge base of equipment and disposable products
  • You will assist our Sales Representatives in providing physicians and O.R. personnel with information on new products
  • You will assist with our service department and Field service staff for field service support and information
  • You will be responsible to adhere to hospital policies, standards and procedures

What you need:

  • Post Secondary Education Required or University Degree Preferred
  • Able to read and understand technical manuals extensively
  • Related experience in the field of medsurg, surgical instruments and endoscopic procedures preferred
  • Internal applicants with an equivalent combination of education, experience and performance over time at Stryker will be considered
