What you will do

Implants Quality Control

  • Constantly reviewing the inventory of the implants, to check, report and order, if any piece is missing or packaged damaged from a system in the warehouse or consignments.
  • Ensures that mandatory documentation of implants is kept for each surgery.
  • Receive and examines the quality of the returned implants´ package after each surgery.
  • Reporting damage to RA/QA supervisor.
  • Ensures that complied with the expired segregation procedure for the implants.
  • Ensures the proper condition of cleaning of the  implants´ container.
  • Addresses and expedites product complaints under the company's complaint policy and procedures, and ensures compliance with RA&QA Supervisor.

Surgery Support

  • Coordinating and controlling the distribution of implants for various surgeries to ensure the equipment needed is complete. Contributing to the coordination of surgeries, when the situation demands, in order to assist our  end-users.
  • Controlling inputs and outputs of implants for surgeries, to keep an accurate inventory and avoid inventory shortage. Maintains information in the system in order to organize schedule for surgeries.

Inventory

  • Manage and control the warehouse´s inventory, consigments and deliveries
  • Create weekly reports for demand Planner in order to gather information regarding unexpected movements of stock.
  • Responsible of keeping the diferences in the allowed minimum
  • Lead procedure the inventory counting of his area (Main warehouse and consignments)

Safe Environment

  • Promotes and collaborates in the order and cleanliness of the kitroom, to maintain a safe working environment for our team and products
  • To assure the use of safety practices and protections in the kitroom and of delimiting the non-sterile areas from the sterile.
