Job Description

GENERAL SUMMARY:

Coordinate and perform service report reviews, enter and assign complaints, and complete coding for trending purposes.

MAJOR DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Review and determine what service reports from field service require further investigation.
  • Complaint entry, primarily from field service reports as required.
  • Communicate to field service to ask screening questions or obtain missing information.
  • Communicate and coach technical support, service depot and field service team members on reporting expectations.
  • Assist with data collection and trending as required.
  • Coordinate product returns and RMA creation.
  • May assist during internal audits.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Secondary vocational education (MBO)

PREFERRED/DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience with TrackWise, Service Max systems a plus.
  • Medical device industry knowledge or experience preferred.
  • Competent with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.)
  • Must possess oral and written communication skills and attention to detail

WORKING CONDITIONS:

  • High-paced office environment requiring significant use of standard office equipment, including computer keyboard, monitor, and mouse.
  • May include lifting of boxes with medical devices for product returns.
