Position profile

We are seeking an Education Manager in Shanghai Office to support the marketing/sales activities by working closely with the physicians and customers, plan, design training and education programs in conjunction with sales staff and senior management.





Responsibilities and duties

  • Keep strong Liaison between physicians/customers and the company regarding all education and training activities.
  • Responsible for external and internal coordinating (training and education)
  • Coordinating with other Mainland China programs (major conference, cadaver center training)
  • Abundant knowledge with products, marketing experience and medical background is preferred.
  • Identify the market potential and needs for training and education
  • Organize events, conferences and promotional activities for new products.
  • Attend the major conferences and exhibitions.
  • Coordinate with each BUs and organize and manage the technical training and support to the customers.
  • Work with Physicians to Support Presentation, Manuscript, Material Development, and /or Training Material, BSC Education Symposia etc.
  • Provide technical & marketing support to the direct sales force & the distributors in the field.
  • Lead and conduct education and training program with physicians and staff.




Experience/skills required

  • Proven analytical and problem solving skills.
  • At least 6 years medical device experience and people management background.
  • Sales and marketing/education experience for implantable device or endo industry is preferred
  • Strong relationship building capacity.
  • Excellent communication skills with proficiency in spoken and written English.
  • The ability to move others to take action
