Job Description

In accordance to the Law 205/2017 and Ministerial Decree dated 7 December 2018, Stryker is running a project aimed to implement new technical requirements in Oracle ERP. One of the preliminary activities in scope of the project is the set-up of EDI accounting data. 
Following the implementation of the new technical requirements on the ERP system, fine tuning and roll-out activities are expected to be performed, in order to ensure business continuity and avoid any possible business disruption.

The resource will receive all the training required to properly carry out the configuration changes prior to start working on ERP system. Training sessions will be provided in English language.

This role will embrace teamwork and collaboration, quality performance standards, professionalism and integrity to ensure that results are timely delivered in accordance with the project objectives and implementation plan.

  • The Resource will cooperate with all the major functions of the Operations & Logistics department such as Customer Logistics Director, Customer Service Manager, Customer Service Supervisors, Customer Service Specialists, Asset Management, Warehouse, Kit Room to achieve “Best in Class” results for the assigned duties.
  • Ensure all Compliance, SOX, FCPA and other policies and regulations are applied and followed during the execution of the project.
  • Works under immediate supervision reporting to a CS Supervisor or CS Manager.

Interface Activities:

  • EDI customer configuration in Oracle such as:
    • Customer Ship-To account config
    • Customer Bill-To account config
    • Trading Partner creation for Primary Ship-To
    • Trading Partner creation for Primary Bill-To
    • Generate Ship-To data file for Middleware
    • Generate IS ticket for Middleware DVM set-up
    • Create and send email for Middleware DVM request
  • Work in collaboration with EDI Customer Service Europe, IS, Middleware and other stakeholders to fix any potential issue in the system preventing the orders flowing into the ERP
  • Collaborate with CS supervisors and team to support customer alignment and complete EDI integration
  • Support activities in the external portal (Edicom) to manage EDI order flow


  • Requires a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Commercial education as industry or office merchant or any equivalent desirable.
  • Intermediate communication capabilities in English are essential (verbal and writing).



  • Computer / Microsoft Office / ERP Skills (knowledge of Oracle ERP is a plus)
  • Experience in Customer Service or IT roles is a plus
