Job Description

  • Perform duties as defined in division document control policies and procedures
  • Verify accurate completion of change orders and associated documentation
  • Work with training personal to coordinate implementation of change orders
  • Assist new users in using the change control/document control system
  • Support manager with day to day operations and other tasks that relate to departmental and company deliverables.
  • Attention to detail, time management coordination skills, ability to multitask day to day activities.
  • Able to engage with cross functional groups through multiple communication channels.
  • May provide backroom audit support
  • Support management of legacy paper record retention and retrieval.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
