Job Description

I

•       Develops and implements an overall sales strategy for serviceable Endo/Comm products

•       Develops sales action plans that clearly define objectives, goals, schedules and assignments to implement and achieve targeted opportunities.

•       Develops plans and supporting procedures for customer order processing and coordinates with the sales group implementation of the plans.

•       Determines and creates appropriate reporting frequency of metrics and performance with ProCare Leadership Team and Endo/Comm Sales Leadership

•       Supervises the daily management of the ProCare Sales Team

•       Performs other duties and assignments as they come up through PLT or ProCare VP/GM

•       Plan for and achieve sales, profit, market share and service targets for the ProCare business

•       Review and analyze sales performances against programs, quotas and plans to determine effectiveness

•       Develop effective relationships with other Divisional Sales Directors and Functional Leads to maximize business opportunities

•       Develops and recommends strategic plans and programs to gain greater market share/penetration

•       Develop sales capabilities for the ProCare business including improving business processes, sales management processes, and supporting marketing programs including promotional plans

•       Build sales capability in the ProCare portfolio by proactively recruiting and developing outstanding sales talent for current and future roles

•       Collaboration with Finance, Operations,  and Legal departments where required

•       Collaboration with Ignite Team (Field Assets) and Depot on any initiatives that affects Sales Team

•       Recognizes, evaluates, and recommends alternative pricing strategies w/ ProCare Marketing Team

•       Communicates pricing opportunities to other Stryker functions (e.g., Sales Management, Flex Financial, Stryker Performance Solutions and National / Corporate Accounts teams)

•       Recommends pricing adjustments in response to changing market conditions, including the actions of competitors that affect the relative value of offering to targeted customers

•       Monitor market dynamics and anticipate their possible influence on the portfolio, marketing plans and customer base

•       Assesses market potential and provides inputs for the business development and new product development process

•       Sets direction of segment strategy by evaluating market opportunities, coordinating pricing decisions, implementing marketing strategy, and driving sales efforts

•       Responsible for creation and delivery of Endo Div Monthly Business Reviews

•       Oversees and manages Performance Improvement and ProCare bucket as part of MVP

•       Responsible for working with PLT on setting OnSite strategy and execute on communication plan

•       Evaluates results and ensures corrective action takes place in order to advise objectives
