Stryker Emergency Care is seeking a dynamic leader to drive our clinical and education offence in the emergency care space. This includes the public access, pre-hospital, and hospital segments. The product portfolio includes data solutions, capital medical equipment, accessories and disposables.

The Director of Education is responsible of ensuring Stryker is seen a educational thought-leader in the emergency care industry  by developing, maintaining, and enhancing the company's image with our education and clinical offense.  The job requires partnering with thought leaders and industry organizations, organizing company-sponsored symposia for consultant and advisory board meetings, developing educational and clinical programs that align with our industry, product, and brand strategies. 

This role will re-design the Emergency Care sales training program and implement globally.  This will require digitizing the sales training process, product education and positioning by applying consumer insights throughout our inside sales team, clinical field training specialist team, direct sales team,  and distribution sales team.  

This is a management position that contributes and achieves results through others. The role is responsible for leading a team of  managers as well of process that achieves results through others, whom are not direct reports. The job requires a broad and comprehensive understanding of multiple disciplines relevant to the business. There will be financial accountability for independent budgets. A college degree is required and a minimum of 10 or more years experience in sales, sales training, and management.
