Job Description

Responsible for the selection, supervision, development and objective setting for materials team, consisting of managers, clerical/technical and production support staff.

  • Works with the Manufacturing team and leadership team to deliver results in line with the vision, mission and objectives of the business.
  • Responsible for maintaining and improving relationships with internal and external supply chain.
  • Responsible for driving improved processes and systems to deliver results in DII, Inventory Dollars, Inventory Accuracy, Supply Base Right Sizing, Cost Reduction and Supplier Quality, Delivery and Service performance.
  • Supports new business opportunities and acquisitions.
  • Responsible to be the primary point of contact for supplier related activities and issues for the Instruments site operations lead.
  • Operates with honesty and integrity while supporting the business, being responsible and accountable, being passionate towards the success of the business and treating all with dignity and respect.
