Job Description

  • Drive and align Stryker’s digital products to enterprise digital platform
  • Determine product strategy and direction for digital pipeline including the full end-to-end product roadmap and market ownership
  • Develop the product strategy by leveraging his/her team to develop a deep understanding of market trends, needs of prospective and current customer, as well as how customers use Stryker’s digital products
  • Translate market knowledge into user personas and product positioning statements which serve as the blueprint for both plans to improve go-to-market activities and a major input into the product roadmap
  • Develop clear and compelling roadmaps and priorities for each product, and support proposed strategies with detailed business case analysis for new products and product extensions
  • Collaborate with platform delivery team to ensure detailed requirements are built and to track progress on specific customer and product initiatives, from initial product concept through the full product lifecycle
  • Develop and implement a company-wide go-to-market plan, working with all departments to execute
  • Collaborate with marketing and clinical teams to deliver market research and voice of customer for Stryker’s digital products
  • Collaborate with marketing and clinical teams to serve as the voice of the market across the organization
  • Work with the internal Stryker teams to articulate product value proposition, and champion the product internally and externally. Become the resident Subject Matter Expert on designated products and markets served and support sales efforts through client presentations, product decks, RFP responses etc.
  • Design and analyze metrics to assess success and oversee post market intelligence including: product metrics, product expansion and continuous product improvement
  • Coordinate with platform delivery and innovation team and provide feedback and materials necessary to ensure development of product is in accordance with objectives, timeline, feature prioritization and project plan
