What you will doAs a Neurovascular regional Sales Manager, you will have the opportunity to manage highly engaged team and commercialize products that save our patients’ lives.This is not just a job; it is a career where you can grow, be developed and gain organizational influence by taking a career path which can move in many different directions.Your key responsibilities :

  • Lead Sales Team by establishing clear priorities and empowering decentralized decision-making with clear guidance

  • Set Direction by developing with the team annual and long-range strategic plans

  • Maintain sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors; delivering regular forecasts and state of the business to senior mgmt

  • Puts monitoring and metrics in place to forecast performance, monitor activity and measure success

  • Provide input to the Marketing & Management team for key analyses:  market model, patient pathway, segmentation, customer profiling, KOL planning, pricing, competitive messaging/branding, sales strategies and marketing tactics

  • Implements national sales programs by developing field sales action plans, including target accounts and regional KOL plans

  • Maintains high level of professional and technical knowledge, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks and participating in professional societies

  • Provides sales leadership support to external events (trainings, congresses) and internal meetings

  • Builds relationships with key customers (clinical and economic), executing on strategic action plans

  • Conducts regular ride-withs to support key customers, coach and conduct business reviews with team

  • Builds organizational capabilities by instilling the need for continuous improvement and initiating & executing on process improvements

  • Ensures critical collaboration within team, between in-country functions, and across international stakeholders, e.g. working with customer service or int’l mktg

  • Partners with Management, Marketing & Key Accounting to deliver top performance with pricing strategies and negotiations with buying groups, wholesalers, tenders

  • Key communicator of Voice of Customer, Market Intel and Team needs to senior management

What you need  

  • Proven experience in working in multi-faceted teams, matrix mgmt experience and strong influencing skillsStrong communication skills and ability to sell ideas externally & internally

  • Demonstrated analytical skills, including P&L (Profit & Loss) mgmt

  • Negotiation experience, preferably with buying groups, and distributors

  • Demonstrated ability to motivate teams towards ambitious goals, place strategic bets and can drive effective implementation 

  • History of delivering and over-delivering on expectations

  • High level of integrity and policy compliance

  • High learning agility;

  • Neurovascular or related experience is optional
