What this role will do:

As the Digital Marketing Associate Manager for our Medical division, you will be responsible for driving growth for our Acute Care business by developing our digital marketing strategy, executing plans, and optimizing performance.  As the digital marketing expert, this role is responsible for the day-to-day management and execution of integrated digital marketing plans that deliver on the business objectives across a mix of digital mediums.

How you will create value:

  • Develop digital marketing strategy and implement integrated plans that generate demand across a mix of digital channels (paid & owned)
  • Responsible for overall Media strategy and campaign management from development to execution.  Manage all advertising and SEM mix, including but not limited to: display, paid search, paid social, along with programmatic and retargeting tactics - ensuring web content is optimized
  • Grow and manage marketing automation platform (Salesforce.com-Pardot) nurturing the customer along the funnel through email automation, targeted email marketing and lead management
  • Partner with creative team to develop new ad copy & creative concepts, leveraging A/B testing and creative problem solving throughout in-market initiatives
  • Responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and reporting performance
  • Manage agencies partners and key vendors that support digital programs and campaigns
  • Manage all Trade media partnerships and proposals, acting as the liaison and fostering relations as well as evaluating third party media opportunities
  • Develop social media strategy and oversee owned social media accounts; grow our social media footprint through channel expansion. 
  • Manage the planning, development and execution of programs for social channels including curating content & creative, posting, and responding to audiences in which you will cultivate an engaging environment that delivers our brand voice
  • Coordinate all social marketing priorities on behalf of Marketing Communications team and Marketing, that deliver on channel and brand strategies
  • Implement social listening and scheduling tools
  • Develop Content Marketing plans in partnership with Marketing Communications, Brand Marketing, and Agency partners, that grow positive customer experiences and connection with our brand
  • Manage digital marketing budget, including processing of payments
  • Ensure all work complies with company brand guidelines
  • Manage additional digital related initiatives as needed

What you need:

  • Bachelor’s degree required in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
  • 8+ years experience required, 5+ years of digital media/campaign and 5+ years of social media experience preferred
  • Experience with SEM, Google AdWords and Google Analytics
  • Experience with CRM platforms required (Adobe AEM), and CMS platforms highly preferred (SFDC Pardot)
  • Strong knowledge of Social Media platforms including but not limited to: Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and Twitter
  • Knowledge with campaign development and creative production process, along with Adobe Creative Suite a plus
  • Must be a highly accountable, self-motivated and results-driven individual
  • Need to have strong organization with excellent attention to detail
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Need to be a strategic thinker, yet strong executer
  • Must be a positive team player enjoy working with others
