What You Will Do

As a Senior Design Engineer, you will be working on designing and creating implants and instrumentation for the Surgical Small Bone team. You will work within CAD/ProE creating models of power tools, doing drawings for manufacturing, facilitating prototyping, design control, and dimensional analysis. You will interact a lot of with remote teams, sharing and building best practices. Some of your time will be spent in cadaver labs, working with and getting feedback from surgeons on our products. That feedback provides you with valuable insight on design and creation of our power tools.

What You Need

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering related discipline, Mechanical or Biomedical Engineering preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years of equivalent experience, medical device experience preferred
  • Must be able to read and interpret complex engineering drawings and have the ability to understand geometrical dimensioning and tolerancing.
  • Demonstrated experience with ProE or CAD.
  • Demonstrated technical design and problem solving skills.
