What you will do-

Own, plan and manage Physio-Control product implementations at customer locations remotely and/or onsite, including coordination with the customer and internal support teams. This positions will operate as a focal point of contact, to our LATAM customers, providing presales and post-sales technical support of our data solution products.  Assist in navigating complex security and networking environments, consulting on best practice system configurations and troubleshooting system issues.

Primary Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Will be responsible for independently managing complex and high revenue generating projects based on the guidelines established in the Implementation Process document.
  • Lead and manage  support of implementation activities for the LATAM geography
  • Manage the execution of the implementation of a customer’s solution following the steps and processes as defined in the Implementation Process document and per our quality system requirements
  • Contribute to the maintenance and improvement of the implementation process and its deliverables.
  • Participate in sales process as needed to specify technical solution and delivery services to meet customer requirements.
  • Plan an individual project for each customer assigned.
  • Perform configuration of the system to meet customer needs.
  • Provide training or coordinate training on the use of the products, and complete all associated paperwork documenting the system is ready for use.
  • Coordinate with other Physio-Control team members, customers and other business partners to ensure that all appropriate tasks have been planned and are executed according to the project plan.
  • Track, compile and provide regional reporting on project and support KPI’s.
  • Provide additional post-implementation technical support to customers on a tier-1 level (includes troubleshooting potential issues, updating the customer configuration according to changes in the customer environment or operation, and other similar activities).
  • Other related duties as assigned.

What you need-

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management -or- equivalent combination of education degree and highly relevant experience
  • Minimum of 7 years of project management
  • Bilingual – Spanish/English

Preferred/Desired Qualifications:

  • Background in healthcare
  • PMP certification
  • Working knowledge of computer systems, Web-based applications, and IP-based communication technology
  • Working knowledge of communication technologies including cellular, Bluetooth and wireless.
  • Demonstrated working knowledge of complex, technical products and systems.
  • Advanced working knowledge of various software products: Excel, Microsoft Project, Visio, Word
  • Ability to work independently with little or no guidance
  • Records management and good record keeping practices
  • Excellent task management including prioritization skills
  • Ability to solve complex problems following established policies and procedures.
  • Advanced communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Self-motivated, organized, efficient and process oriented
  • Team player
  • Strong work ethic

  • Professional presentation and strong interpersonal communications skills

Working Conditions:

  • Travel – work involves engagement with customers primarily in Latin America, with travel of up to 20-30%. Limited travel may be required to the US, thus a Passport will be required.
  • May require extended work hours to support project deadlines
  • Fast paced environment with competing priorities
