Job Description

The Job’s Mission

As a Customer Services Supervisor, you will represent Stryker as a leader in our industry, being primarily responsible for the management of the Customer Care area within the Customer Logistics Function in Turkey across all our divisions. This encompasses the entire operational process related to the specific area, ensuring a “Best in Class” organisation is created and maintained through implementing solutions to further develop, maintain and improve customer satisfaction, reduce cost and optimise inventory. A key component of this role will also be to lead, coach and develop the team as well as importing and exporting best in class talent.

Key Activities & Accountabilities

  • Support the customer logistics strategy for Turkey.
  • Manage, coach and develop your team and offer support where required
  • Produce management information relating to KPI’s and objectives
  • Ensure compliance: SOX, FCPA and Quality policies are implemented
  • Continuously increase customer satisfaction, efficiency and lowering costs whilst ensuring budgets are met
  • Provide sales updates to the management team
  • Organise and take part in key supplier reviews
  • Build and maintain relationships with other enabling functions

Education

  • University Degree in Business/Logistics Discipline or equivalent
  • Project/People management Qualifications desirable
  • Fluent in speaking English

Experience

  • 4 years in operations or logistics including a customer facing role
  • Strong people management and project management
  • Business process analysis
  • Medical Device markets desirable
