Job Description

Representatives will be trained in all aspects of Customer Service Operations to include; planning, trouble shooting, field support, reporting and product launches. All team members will be customer service experts and will fulfill the aforementioned duties in support of team goals.

  • Interact with customers through oral and written communication
  • Recordkeeping in accordance with current Operating Specifications
  • Reference and supply contract information to the field and corporate accounts
  • Support local cycle count requirements
  • Process purchase orders from the field and follow-up on purchase orders that are held up in the final stage
  • Assist in the resolution of pricing discrepancies
  • The essential functions are to include but are not limited to supporting the Sales and Field Locations, Allendale Operations, Field Operations Managers and Spine Marketing Divisions
  • Must be able to generate and analyze reports relevant to support all areas as stated above

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years relevant work experience
  • Must be able to work flexible hours as the business dictates which could include weekend and evening hours for on-call purposes
  • Must have basic PC skills as well as experience with Microsoft Office suite
  • Proficiency in sales force or CRM experience strongly preferred along with Oracle and SAP
  • Knowledge of Access-type database systems a plus
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills required
  • Must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced demanding environment
  • Must be able to provide information to all facets of the Sales Operation Team. To carry out responsibilities, this role must effectively interact with multiple departments, such as materials, production, logistics, sales, finance and management.
  • Must be a system expert to support the field locations with all of their ERP system requests. This would include troubleshooting, contact support, order entry and system traceability.
  • Demonstrate phone skills; ability to maintain composure in stressful situations
