What you will do

Monitoring and Management of customers and direct channels, meeting customers expectations regarding delivery deadlines and other commercial conditions agreed at time of sale

1.Guarantee Quality and consistency of comercial requests

  • Critical analysis of the requests received from commercial area considering correct configuration of products, forms of payment according to local regulations, customer data, etc. and then submit the order to the import team.

2. Order Management

  • Follow up of all the steps of the orders until the delivery, in order to meet the expectations of the clients and in a proactive way, maintain constant communication to inform status of the orders. Keep up-to-date management reports as a consultation tool for the entire organization and clients.

3. Returns Processing

  • Responsible for the execution of eventual returns for inconsistency in delivery, commercial disagreement or fiscal problems. Investigation of the possible root causes of discards and creation and monitoring of an action plan to avoid new cases and reduce the amount of returns.

4. Complaints

  • Responsible for accessing and dealing with the organization all complaints from our systems, e-mail or telephone. Always seeking to analyze the root causes to reduce the number of complaints increasing the satisfaction of our final customers

5. Compliance

  • The Associate shall conduct all business in compliance with laws and regulations, including the FCPA, the Stryker Code of Conduct, and in accordance with the highest ethical standards

What you will need

  • Notions of international trade / import
  • Financial and tax area knowledge
  • Interaction with logistics and transportation areas
  • University Degree
  • 1-year minimum experience with Import/export, order management or customer service.
  • English Basic/Intermediate
  • Administrative experience and ability to work under pressure and problem solving
