What you will do

  • Order Entry :Enters the sales orders and surgeries in the system, reviewing the correct support, authorized price, lead time and payment agreements. Billing of sale orders
  • Sales - Follows up the purchases orders and the sales orders in every moment until the correct delivery. to verify with the customer their satisfaction level of the product and service in order to get a feedback
  • Service level: Maintain the service level above of 98% monthly
  • Customer Attention: Personalized attention to our distributors and key accounts
  • Administration, control and management of consignement stock : Monitoring stock levels and replacement of materials and corresponding billing 
  • Orders - Follow Up: Monitors and give information about PO and SO to all customer (internal and external)
  • Compliance: Associate must conduct all business and affairs in compliance with all laws and regulations, including the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA), Stryker Code of Conduct, and in accordance with the highest ethical standards.

What you need

  • College degree
  • 3 years as minimum experience in customer service
  • English advanced level (desirable)
  • Computer competency in Excel and Word
  • Knowledge customer service systems, administrative experience and to work under pressure.
