What You Will Do:

Provide the following levels of support associated with Customer Operations i.e.
o    Level 1 items e.g. Compiling Customer shipping files, Intake of Customer Orders, Providing Dept. Focus Reports
o    Level 2 items e.g. Interacting with Warehouse and Market base on general tasks and queries
o    Level 3 items e.g. Execute orders, review order intake in line with Business Rules, interact with relevant stakeholders in the Order Management Process
•    Action order entry, confirmation, allocation and analysis of all customer orders to maximize ordering/replenishment policies.
•    Deal with product availability queries and ensure continuity of information both internally to the plant and externally to the Stryker Distributor base.  
•    Set up new accounts (EDI or manual) and manage account maintenance/changes.
•    Connect daily with Manufacturing Team Leaders and Supply regarding orders, order patterns, date allocations, forecasts, returns, non-conforming product, markets, distributor issues etc.
•    Produce Open Order Reports, Daily Backorder Reports, Weekly Backlog Reports, Shipping reports, Order policy analysis and any other reports required for Customers. 
•    Report Plant metrics internally to cells and externally to distributor forums where applicable
•    Handle non-quality customer complaints/issues and returns to the satisfactory conclusion of the distributor base.
•    Participate in cross functional and cross divisional process improvement initiatives.
•    Receive Visitors to the plant and act as facilitator for all key Distributor visits.
•    Champion & promote Customer & Employee Engagement programmes and initiatives
•    Acts with integrity and confidence. 
•    Works with Supervisor to better support internal customers and the delivery of our products and services. 
•    Daily, weekly and monthly planning decided in partnership with Team Lead or Supervisor.
•    Works with Supervisor to develop skills necessary to optimally perform in current role.
•    Is accountable for outcomes. Understands the importance of how (values, behaviours, competencies) these results are achieved. 



What You Need


•    Third Level Qualification (minimum NFQ 8) preferably within a Business Information Systems, Supply Chain Management, APICS related discipline or equivalent combination of education, training and experience
•    0-2 years’ experience within a Supply Chain / Distribution or Manufacturing Environment
•    Previous exposure to ERP Systems & Business Concepts, practices and procedures an advantage. 
•    Broad knowledge of Warehouse management systems and Distribution
•    Strong in MS Office Applications an advantage
•    Strong understanding of FDA and Regulatory Compliance
•    Work is closely supervised and specific direction provided by more experienced staff.
