Job Description

  • Duties will be split 50/50 between team leadership responsibilities and day-to-day run the business duties
  • Will serve as a team leader with authority limited to process specific concerns and/or procedural compliance in accordance with guidance provided by the CXC Supervisor.
  • Will understand and present CXC metrics to the team and Leadership.
  • Will lead team huddles and meetings upon request from the CXC Supervisor.
  • Will be an advocate within the team and department for company mission, business goals, and achievement of team-specific performance expectations.
  • Will work with Team Supervisor and cross functionally within Customer Care on continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Will partner with other team leads to deliver on departmental requirements, needs, and goals.
  • Will have an active and consistent focus on complete adherence to established quality procedures - individual and team performance.
  • Will be primary on-the-Floor contact on the team for Customer Service Representatives and support staff with regards to process, equipment and metrics.
  • Answers incoming requests through a multichannel system which include but are not limited to order entry, order status and trouble-shooting of products.
  • Follow standardized process to ensure 100% quality for all orders.

Required Experience:

  • 0-2 years relevant experience required.
  • •Basic understanding of final QC procedures, troubleshooting product defects and team leadership
