What You WIll Do

Utilizes a wide array of technical, interpersonal, and critical thinking skills to develop and maintain a strong working relationship within a few corporate accounts through a strategic partnership program.

Role Qualifications:

  • Must have an intimate understanding of Stryker’s MedSurg divisions
  • Must possess excellent communication and inter-personal skills
  • Must have excellent time management skills with ability to use independent judgment effectively
  • Must be able to work with clinical and business personnel
  • Must be able to analyze and resolve non-routine product issues using independent judgment
  • Must be able to work well without direct supervision
  • Must be able to review printed material
  • Must be able to communicate with large groups of people
  • Must be able to communicate telephonically
  • Must be able to use common office equipment (e.g. calculator, PC, etc.)
  • Must be able to generate and explain detailed forecasts, guidelines, and procedures

Position responsibilities:

  • Act as key point of contact for 1-2 health system for all Hospital Partnership related programs across Stryker MedSurg/NIT businesses, specifically the Mutual Victory Partnership (MVP) program.
  • Deliver and implement applications selected by customers throughout the health system.  Applications can include, but not limited to: Supply Chain Optimization, Strategic Equipment Planning, Safety & Outcomes, ProCare, Performance Improvement and Education. 
  • Ability to collect, analyze, and effectively communicate data and business analytics to internal Stryker team as well as the customer.
  • Assist local sales representatives and Corporate Account Manager with business analytics, communication with IDN leadership, and assistance with proposals/presentations to administration.
  • Assist in troubleshooting customer product/process issues and concerns.
  • Assist in data validation for customer preference evaluations and success tracking through the partnership program.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of business reviews of the partnership program.
  • Maintain knowledge base of product categories, equipment functionality, pricing, and general product applications.
  • Ability to gather, understand, and clearly communicate industry trends and market intelligence.
  • Ability to connect Stryker teams across MedSurg/NIT divisions, consult on business opportunities, and collaborate to drive results through the partnership program.
  • Adhere to hospital policies, standards, and procedures.

What You Need


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field.


  • 0-2 years in sales, marketing, operations or related position.

Physical demands:

  • Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, etc. Generally involves sitting most of the time.
