Job Description:

Responsible for using business process mapping activities to document business processes and identify improvement opportunities.  Partners with business representatives to implement process improvements.  Works on project teams in partnership with the business to clearly define requirements and execute tasks such as testing and training.

  • Develops knowledge of business processes within applicable business units
  • Utilizes business process mapping to document current and future state of business processes and help identify areas of opportunity
  • Partners with business representatives to implement process improvements
  • Learns project management methodologies and contributes input to product documentation (risks, lessons learned, etc.)
  • Supports project work by gathering and documenting requirements from end users/subject matter experts
  • Assists in testing new systems/solutions
  • Documents procedures and assists in development of project related training material.
  • Assists in execution of training
  • Ability to build basic reports and dashboards
  • Ensures compliance with all regulatory and compliance activities within prescribed area
  • Accountable for all record-keeping as appropriate and in accordance with Stryker requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of relevant experience is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in business or related discipline required
  • Must be PC literate, knowledge of ERP and CRM systems preferred
  • Project Management training and experience preferred
  • Must possess excellent organizational and communication skills
