Job Description

As Customer Care Assistant you are the spider in the web for all contacts for our Logistics for our site in Waardenburg.

In this role you report directly to the Customer Logistics Manager. You are the contact person between all our internal departments Staff, Warehouse department, Purchasing Department, Finance Department and Technical Service Department. And off course the customer service contact person for the Customers of our Waardenburg site.
You contacts are related to orders, pending orders, shipments and transport. For this you work closely with the Salesforce.
Your responsibilities are:
  • Order management, entering orders for Strykers customers
  • Follow up of backorders, request dates and delivery dates
  • Handling Credit Notes
  • Entering and follow up of repair orders

Job Requirements

  • Post graduate education is preferred
  • Fluent in both spoken and written Dutch & English
  • Good communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Performance driven and result oriented
  • Adequate IT-knowledge (E.g. Microsoft Office with skills in Excel, Lotus Notes, Oracle, SAP)
