What you will do-

Execute day-to-day management of the customized product (patient specific device) process.  Strong focus will be placed around a positive customer experience, system accuracy and improving the time of product billing.

Core responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day inbox, sales rep inquiries, web meeting scheduling, etc.
  • Be the main point of contact for inventory related to customized products for sales and internal team.
  • Manage the inventory accuracy of the iD Solutions section of the ordering app along with resolution of issues.
  • Support the management of returned products and re-issuance as samples in accordance with HIPPA and legal commitments.
  • Analyze data from multiple suppliers of custom products to improve efficiency
  • Will help with various supply chain activities as needed

What you need-

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Logistics/Supply Chain, or related field required
  • 0-2 years of related experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • ERP experience (SAP, Oracle, PRMS, etc.)
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated effective organizational skills
