Individual will work remotely and travel up to 50%. Must live in Central US.

How this role creates value: the job​​

  • Works with the CMF sales and marketing organization fostering relationships with key accounts, focusing on uncovering new opportunities and developing custom revenue enhancing offerings
  • Negotiate and manage implementation of new and existing agreements with individual facilities, IDNs, and Regional GPOs
  • Provides a single point of contact and consistent support strategy for our supply chain customers
  • Collaborates with counterparts across the organization to create unique, multi-divisional value propositions and identify opportunities for CMF growth
  • Continuously looks to improve on current strategy and analytical tools to drive pricing integrity
  • Together with our customer, work to make healthcare better
  • Develops plans in accordance with the Director of National Accounts, Sales Directors, and Regional Managers to maximize sales opportunities
  • Develops and recommends strategic plans with representatives to achieve greater market share/penetration
  • Provide negotiation support and sales training for the CMF sales organization
  • Work with our customer, the healthcare provider, to help them deliver a superior level of care to patients

What we’re looking for: qualifications and experiences

  • Comfortable working with executive levels internally and externally to grow relationships, identify opportunities, and maximize revenue with key accounts
  • Must be able to generate and explain detailed forecasts, guidelines, and procedures
  • Utilizes judgement to resolve non-routine sales issues
  • Routinely makes decisions that affect immediate sales operations
  • Prepared to spend up to 50% of time in the field with customers and sales professionals (including some weekends, and some overnight travel)
  • Attention to detail and quality of work is a must
  • Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services, including marketing strategy and tactics, product demonstration, sales techniques and sales control systems
  • Comfortability with adapting to new technology and business advancements
  • Excellent analytical and negotiation skills
  • Needs to know how to organize a large amount of information
  • Utilizes information to create a positive experience for customers
  • Medium work: Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 4-6 years of related experience in sales, marketing and/or healthcare systems required
  • Learns from set-backs and develops tactics and strategies to minimize recurrence
