Job Description

The Corporate Account Associate (CAA) role utilizes a wide array of technical, interpersonal, and critical thinking skills to represent the MSNT divisions of Stryker within their assigned accounts.  The CAA places focus on three primary areas:
Provide data analytics and technical support to customer supply chain organization
Support local and regional sales collaboration and communication
Help drive implementation of key initiatives 
The CAA supports the key initiative of making Stryker simpler to do business with by:
Connecting with supply chain analysts and project managers within their assigned customer organization(s), particularly as it pertains to business transactions and operations, but in all aspects of the MSNT commercial relationship with Stryker
Building strong relationships at multiple levels of supply chain and across the individual IDN regions (where relevant) and facilities.
Acting as a central point of coordination and contact for Corporate Accounts and liaison between the appropriate sales teams, in-house functions and supply chain for issue resolution.
Assisting Corporate Account Manager with business analytics, communication with customer Supply Chain,   reporting, proposals/QBR presentation development, and contract management/monitoring.
Helping to identify and execute product standardization opportunities.
As appropriate and in support of supply chain initiatives, engaging with clinical operations & care providers in the operating room environments from time to time.
Communicating with the AVP, Area Director, Corporate Account Managers, National Account Managers, the VP of National Accounts, Divisional Strategic Account Managers and Strategic Sales Managers, and local/regional sales to execute contracts that drive compliance and partnership.
Assisting implant divisions on select assignments approved by AVP of Corporate Accounts
Assisting local sales teams in connecting pertinent supply chain project managers and personnel with clinical surgeons and staff, as needed to successfully implement cross-divisional sales and service contracts.
Assisting in the logistics, planning and execution of meetings.
Maintaining knowledge base of product categories, equipment functionality, pricing, and general product applications.
Staying current on customer goals and strategy as well as industry trends and market intelligence.
Adhering to hospital policies, standards, and procedures

Location: Orlando, FL

  • Must be able to communicate telephonically
  • Must be able to use common office equipment (e.g. calculator, PC, etc.)
  • Must be able to generate and explain detailed forecasts, guidelines, and procedures
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing or related field
  • 2-5 years in sales, marketing, operations or related
  • Hospital operations or supply chain experience is desired
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Excellent equipment problem-solving skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
