What You Will Do

This individual will be responsible for the coordination and management of requests for informational materials (such as brochures and fact sheets) to include exhibit registration.

There are many steps within the approval process associated with these requests and this person will be responsible for:

  • Gathering all of the information needed in order for the request to be approved
  • Managing the routing approval process in SMACC/Workfront (system used for informational material requests)
  • Monitoring approval and request progress
  • Posting and tagging approved content to the sales enablement platform, ensuring the most up to date documents are live
  • Working as the liaison between Stryker and all Industry Associate professionals
  • Partnering/collaborating across departments and divisions to ensure requests are approved, materials are received and billed properly
  • Reporting metrics of submitted items
  • Attending the grants and donations meeting with reporting out on exhibit booth registration for approval from the panel.
  • Assisting with the development of flyers, programs, etc.

What You Need

  • 4 year degree with 1-2 years of applicable work experience; or 2 year degree or high school diploma or business school certification with 3-5 years of applicable work experience.
  • Strong interpersonal, written and oral communications, organizational and planning skills.
  • Strong computer skills and experience in PC systems and desktop office application; spreadsheet, database and charting/graphing software.
  • Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple, simultaneous projects.
  • Experience utilizing Workfront or similar software preferred but not required
  • Experience utilizing Adobe Creative Cloud similar software preferred but not required

Work From Home: Occasional

Travel Percentage: 10%
