Job Description


Provide the full spectrum of administrative support to one or more departments/functions.
  • Schedule meetings, secure facilities/equipment and prepare meeting materials for events both on and offsite
  • Ability to work independently and take an active team player role
  • Willingness to assist in various projects across teams and the Business Unit
  • Respond in a timely manner to routine departmental questions and respond to general internal/external customer requests
  • Plan and coordinate travel for team, where applicable
  • Proofread and edit documents, providing accurate feedback on grammar & spelling
  • Process invoices and department expenses for approval
  • Process expense reports
  • Generate, route and file required documents according to proscribed schedules and processes
  • Maintain accurate compliance records and initiate communication to keep team members compliant
  • Assist in onboarding new team members
  • Present general departmental information in small meetings, where applicable
  • Build effective working partnership with members of the team, as well as across teams in the Business Unit and company
  • Manage department orders for office supplies

Job Requirements

  • 1+ year experience in an administrative position, with experience preferred in corporate environment
  • Diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite technology, including Outlook calendar management, Word document, Excel spreadsheet and Powerpoint presentation creation
  • Prefer demonstrated proficiency in large, detailed meeting management, both on and offsite
  • Detail-orientation, ability to multi-task and retain composure in hectic circumstances
  • Ability to take initiative, learn new concepts/processes, and improve current processes
  • Ability to provide rapid, accurate response to team members
  • Ability to prioritize multiple simultaneous deliverables and work in a demanding environment
  • Demonstrated interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to support and dedication to work in an environment that values customer service
