Job Description

Basic Function:
This position will require daily interaction with the Customer Success Representatives, Business Analyst, Field Service Technicians and Business Unit Sales Representatives as well as various internal departments (Summaries, Service Center, Credit, and Finance). Responsible for ProCareSalesOps@stryker.com email box, order entry, billings, CRM management, inventory pulls, repair histories, and other general requests for data.

Responsibilities:
  • Review, amend, approve, and counter sign Service Agreements
  • Load Serial Numbers into system to ensure proper coverage
  • Audit contracts as specified by management
  • Review account status and current contracts to ensure proper coverage and contract compliance
  • Ensure pricing integrity is met on all proposals
  • Data pulls for Customer Success team as requested
  • Load orders/contracts/documents into CRM
  • Pull inventories, run repair histories,
  • Work with the Business Analyst and provide reports on the following data when requested: New ProCare Customers, Renewal Rate, PM Management, Proposals generated, closed/won, and closed/lost
  • Responsible for service contract order entry, processing purchase orders, and managing sales order credit
  • Troubleshoot any issues with Order Credit or Contract Coverage
  • Responsible for supporting all customers (sales, Customer Success team) via phone, voicemail, or email in a timely, knowledgeable, and professional manner
  • Focus on customer satisfaction by solving problems in a consultative manner, operating with honest and integrity and providing a highly responsive and world class level of customer service
  • Willingness and ability to adjust schedule for month end purposes as requested
  • May be responsible or assist with No Charge data and reports
  • Develop and maintain a high level of knowledge about all contract types, including Flex agreements
  • May assist with Business Review data working with Customer Success Representatives
  • Assist Customer Success team as requested by management
  • Perform and/or assist with all duties as outlined in Coordinator Playbook
  • Perform administrative duties as needed by the company
  • Manage time effectively , meet personal goals and work effectively with other members of the team and internal departments.






Job Requirements

Physical Requirements:
  • Sedentary Work - Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a minimal amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, etc.
  • Must be able to communicate telephonically
  • Must be able to review printed material
  • Must be able to operate common office equipment (e.g. calculator, fax, telephone, etc.)
  • Must have good visual acuity
  • Must be able to work in a seated and/or standing position.

Qualifications/Work Experience Preferred:
  • Customer service experience preferred
  • Proficient in Windows, Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and basic office equipment
Education/Special Training Required:
HS Diploma required
