Job Description

The Job's Mission Based in Duisburg, Germany, the RAQA complaint specialist is responsible for coordinating all customer complain related tasks with the regions Germany by partnering with the business to meet and exceed customers expectations. The responsibilitys are covering internall, externall partners including associated Governing and Regulatory Authorities. Post Market Surveillance (PMS).

Experience:


Perform reporting awareness training to business stakeholders cation:



  • Ensure that the Stryker EU post marketing vigilance SOP’s are properly delivered and implemented.

    • In line with these procedures, liaise with the relevant authorities and with Customers when Complaints / product liability matters occurs.

    • Ensure that product legacy data (products traceability) are consistently and safely maintained.

    • Monitor the closure of RA actions initiated for and report progress as appropriate to local and European stakeholders.

    • Report on KPI’s and monitor trends.

    • Perform reporting awareness training to business stakeholders.

    • Ensure that the PMS is effectively managed as part of our Quality. Management System (QMS) in accordance with the requirements of the ISO 9001/13485 and the Stryker EU QA guidelines and procedures.

    • Ensure the control and update of relevant QMS documentation as needed.

    • Ensure awareness of customer requirements throughout the organisation to consistently provide services that meet customerers expectation.

      • Well established communication skills with key stakeholders

      • First workexperiance in a customer orientated envoiment

      • Work to strict deadlines and under pressure

      • First expertise in ISO 9001/13485 Quality Management Systems and MDD vigilance is an advantage

      • Fluent in German & English (additional language desirable)

      • Educational technical or commercial apprenticeship or business degree
