Job Description

Primarily responsible for the investigation of reported complaints and analysis returned complaint products

Perform timely complaint investigations and analysis of non-returned and returned complaint products. 

Engage key stake holders in R&D, Operations and Medical Safety as appropriate to perform a thorough investigation

Document the results of investigations and submit for approval 

Perform decontamination of returned products. 

Dispose of bio-hazardous materials and maintain biohazard laboratory

Prioritisation of investigation records to achieve key metrics.

Trending and analysis of key Quality metrics.  

Recommends and  drives process improvements at the site and to the DPO

All other duties as assigned.
