Job Description

  • Log in and out of Flex Net computers, to record production and non-production time.

  • Notify the Skill level 2 operators, Lead, Supervisor, or Technician as appropriate of production equipment problems.

  • Maintain safety rules and keep area in a clean and orderly condition.

  • Maintain specified quality and production quantity standards.

  • Maintain compliance with company policies, Sage Culture, and Company Mission Statement.

  • Perform minor process adjustments to machines e.g. clear jams from packing machines

  • Adhere to cGMP practices

  • Perform in-process quality checks where applicable

  • Maneuver material handling devices such as the “Delmac” and forklifts.

  • Teamwork - cooperative with all employees.

  • Initiative - self motivated.

  • Decision making - willing to use judgment within limits.

  • Possess excellent hand-eye coordination and wrist dexterity.

  • Work from written or verbal instructions (English) comprehend and explain the contents to trainers, co-workers, and any regulatory auditors

  • Capable of legible printing (English)

  • Possess basic math skills.

  • Possess basic computer skills.

  • Capable of maneuvering and lifting 50 pounds intermittently (essential)

  • Capable of continual reaching arm length.

  • Capable of working with a moving belt line.

  • Responsible for insuring drug compliance

  • Ability to correctly complete documentation and forms in English

  • Ability to read, write, speak, and comprehend English as it pertains to work related issues

  • Able to perform basic material handling functions

  • Work with minimal supervision

  • Self-motivated

  • High School diploma or equivalent
