What you will do  

  • As a Craniomaxillofacial Associate Sales Representative, you have the opportunity to sell products that change our patient’s lives. By preparing for all aspects of full-line Sales Representative accountabilities, you represent Stryker as a leader in our industry and the marketplace.
  • Promote our products to a sophisticated audience comprised of surgeons and healthcare professionals.
  • You will collaborate with your team to build your own accounts, by means of identifying new customers as well as continuing to take care of existing customers.
  • You will communicate with these customer accounts regarding a variety of topics including product updates, changes to product portfolio and educational programs.
  • Experienced Sales Representatives and Managers will serve as your coaches and mentors. They will guide you to learn and hone your selling skills and processes.
  • You will receive training in the operating room, working amongst surgeons and healthcare professionals. With the importance of the products we offer, it is essential our salesforce is prepared to assist a customer whenever the need arises. The expectations are challenging, yet rewarding.  
  • As a Craniomaxillofacial Associate Sales Representative, you thrive on the fast-paced environment of selling products that are making healthcare better.

What you need

  • 2-5 years in an outside sales position, preferably business to business.
  • B.B.A. or B.A. in business with an emphasis in marketing or related discipline.
  • Must be comfortable in emergency / operating room environments.
  • Must live in Chattanooga area
