This is a truly dynamic opportunity for a talented Product Specialist Spine who is keen to have a successful career in commercial Stryker environment. The goal of this position is to be the influencer that is driven to succeed by using the appropriate Product plan for the Spine business by giving the greatest service while attending in the OR for approx. 80%. You will be managing and organizing training to sales and coordinate agents’ activities. You are the operational manager responsible for the quality of service provided to main customers after product implementation. Formulates and modifies Customer Service Levels Agreements (SLA's) to meet customer expectations and needs. Works closely with other departments to secure customer satisfaction through the awareness and ongoing development of work processes.

You pursue new business opportunities and will be building strong and personal relationships together with the agent to deliver the greatest service. You as a charismatic Product Specialist will influence, partner and proactively reach out and engage with agents to build powerful relationships with our customers.

  • You know how to be innovative and creative to network and build the market
  • You develop and defend new ideas to build the Spine market in Italy
  • You understand what is needed to achieve the service objectives and set appropriate goals and priorities
  • You are determined and meet the needs of our Spine customers
  • You build and maintain relationships internally with colleagues and externally with key customers and agents
  • You participate in product evaluations, calls for tenders or customer presentations
  • You build the strategy in partnership with the Regional Sales Manager Spine.
  • You share the best practices of your region with the European Product Manager team and you collaborate to European projects to support the business and the growth.


  • Bring your energy and sales/service spirit to grow the market
  • You've proven yourself in leading sales projects within the healthcare industry.
  • You have in-depth knowledge of products, planning and execution processes
  • You have a proven sales/marketing track record in both selling 5-7 years combined with a bachelor’s degree.
  • Bring your knowledge of Medical Device industry or a related industry
  • You are native Finnish and fluent in English
  • Bring a strong commercial personality
  • Get up in the morning to win and energize your team and customers
  • Have a customer friendly behaviour in line with our Stryker culture
  • Have excellent communication, presentation and organizational skills combined with being a team player
  • You are eager to travel up to 70% of your time within Finland
