Job Description

Provide strong feature/benefit knowledge of Entellus capital portfolio.

Prepare presentations, proposals and sales contracts.

Completes required forms for new customer account information, product pricing quotations and facilitates financing of capital portfolio when necessary.

Develop and maintain current and potential client relationships on multiple levels.

Participate in marketing events such as seminars, tradeshows and professional society events.

Assist Entellus core representatives with proctoring physicians/staff during their initial procedures, when needed.

Provides customer feedback on company’s products and procedures to appropriate individuals.

The CSC will be expected to have accurate and on time completion of the weekly and quarterly planning tools.

Drive sales operational objectives that are communicated from the VP of Sales and the CSC’s direct supervisor.

Forecast accurately on a monthly basis.

Manage expenses within assigned budget.

Education and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree is strongly preferred; advanced degree is a plus

7+ years of outside sales experience, preferred

5+ years of experience in medical device sales

3+ years of capital equipment experience, experience to both hospital/ASC and physician offices a plus

ENT sales experience a plus

Candidates must have excellent written and oral communication skills, and must be a team player.

The ability to work within a commission driven position with the ability to meet and exceed sales goals is required.

Candidates with strong local relationships within the healthcare community in the specified geographic areas are strongly preferred.

Must be a self starter with strong initiative, negotiation skills, clinical and product knowledge.

Strong record of achieving sales plan and growing revenue.

Must be able to travel evenings and weekends, a minimum of 50% travels is expected and is dependent upon actual business needs.

Must be proficient with MS Office.


Work to support and guide associated technical rep in your assigned area.

Give daily/weekly direction and feedback to your assigned technician.

Basis for Earning Variable Compensation:

Quota based variable compensation driven by current quarter/yearly operating plan.

Work From Home: Yes

Travel Percentage: Up to 25%
