What you will do

The role aims to deliver insights on Regional Business unit’s Key performance Indicators across all Divisions, ensure timely and accurate sales/customer data and provide key reporting by geographies, products, customers and sales reps.

Part of the Marketing team, this is a key role to help Stryker deliver its growth strategy in Latin America.

The objective is to enable the Division/Country commercial teams to reduce time spent on data searching, cleaning, reporting and shift focus towards running the business with supporting facts, insights and foresights

The BI Manager will report to the Marketing director and act as single point of contact on commercial analytics for all the Divisions/Countries in Latin America. He/she will be responsible for maintaining the current BI application and the implementation of new BI applications within the division and govern relevant marketing product hierarchies and a set of standardized reports.

Moreover, the BI Manager will strongly collaborate with the local sales teams as to give customer insight based consultancy vs the Division Leadership team during the yearly process of new sales territories & sales targets setting and govern any sales allocation exceptions.

Key Activities & Accountabilities: 

•    Responsible for delivering information, KPIs, dashboards and reports for supporting the respective Division/Country leaders and his/her team.
•    Interact closely with Division and Country leaders to disseminate customer/sales insights 
•    Identify and implement BI tools required to support Division/Country leaders in their decision making process
•    Identify key points on the customers strategic, understand customer needs as they may be affected, prioritize as they relate to Styrker’s business, and utilize internal relationships to utilize resources to deliver solutions. Be responsible for positioning both the Stryker product and service offering to ensure growth of total business.
•    Support of Sales Force initiatives such as yearly territory and target setting, quota achievement, sales force compensation, sales force performance.
•    Develop a business plan to establishing short term, mid term and long term gains.
•    Effectively manage projects to a timely completion observing budget and communication expectations 
•    Establish key metrics for all activities and undertake any monitoring to understand the return on investment of key initiatives 
•    Forecast Sales growth for mulitple timeframes and ensure forecast accuracy is achieved. Understand the competitors structure, products, service offerings and structure to assess their competitive advantage/weakness

What you need

  • Masters in Business, Economics, Finance or IT or similar professional experience
  • Fluent in Portuguese, spanish and english (speacking and writing).
  • Previous professional experience in similar roles -in Managment positions
  • Project Management skills
  • Strong Excel and data visualization skills, SQL skills is preferred
  • Knowledge of BI reporting tools (Cognos, Power BI, Tableau)
