Job Description

  • Achieve an allocated budget.
  • Lead distributor to achieve sales targets for assigned territory/franchise
  • Develop sales funnel and maintain sales process management.
  • Management of indirect sales channels to achieve sales targets
  • Management & execution of marketing plans
  • Proactively drive sales
  • Manage & implement local sales tactics & execution per year in line with country objectives.
  • Create and maintain relationships with distributor partners, key hospital stakeholders e.g Hospital Senior Management, Procurement & Surgeon KOLs
  • Obtain input on customer needs, and providing solutions and service that exceed customer expectations.

Marketing

  • Develop & Implement an annual marketing plan and local marketing tactics & execution per year in line with country objectives.
  • Professionally plan product launches, obsolescence and recalls partnering with RAQA.
  • Management of HCP interactions ensuring compliance is adhered to.
  • Responsible for sales forecast and needs assessment
  • Develop & Conduct Training & Education programs for HCPs
  • Work closely with the operations team to ensure stock level forecasting is in line with proposed marketing plans e.g. product launches and obsolescence
  • Maintain and Improve Stryker Market Share for assigned franchise/territory
  • Training – Create, Organize, Assist, and Conduct product training for distributor product specialists, in-service, view surgeries and workshops
  • Optimize Marketing Mix for assigned territory/franchise including price (e.g. price list), product (e.g. PLCM), promotion (e.g. med ed, product launches)
  • Participate in workshops, sales meetings and/or promotional activities as requested.
  • Analytics & Tracking – create and maintain market fact book, installed base audit and market share tracking
  • Create and maintain market share fact book for assigned franchise
  • Create and maintain marketing communications with dealers
  • Prepare forecast for yearly, quarterly, and monthly business.
  • Lead and assist the execution of marketing events, faculty coordination, on-site logistics, contract execution, needs assessments, etc.
