Job Description

The Brand Manager is the brand expert who sets direction and drives execution for growth through commercialization of existing products and launches of new products, internal and external customer experience/education strategies, and European customer engagement campaigns as well as marketing campaigns and programs.
Owner of overall sales engagement and sales enablement including Brand strategy, initiatives and campaigns, Product Training/Education internal and external in collaboration with Education Manager, communication, development of tools and lead on positioning and messaging, clinical evidence strategy development and execution, KOL strategy and industry relationship engagement.


Key Responsibilities
  • Brand expertise
  • Commercialization of current products to drive growth
  • Sets strategy for continual growth through internal and external education strategies, customer engagement campaigns and creation/execution of Annual Marketing Plan with focus on tactics following marketing objective/source of volume to achieve required growth, profit and market share targets
  • New product launches to develop and execute high impact launches
  • Ensures activities across EMEA markets are coordinated and cohesive
  • Creates scalable assets, tools, marketing campaigns and programs
  • Identifies engagement and education opportunities for both internal and external audiences to increase brand perception and value
Key Activities
  • Development of trust and strong relationships with LOCAL marketers, sales professionals, internal stakeholders, and key customers
  • In collaboration with the Divisional/local Marketing teams Creation of Annual Marketing Plan
  • Working with country leadership to forecast demand develop relationships with supply chain partners
  • In partnership with Education Manager, identify internal training needs and create relevant content and training programs
  • Create Pan European, scalable customer engagement events such as facility tours/events/congresses, hands-on opportunities, and medical education programs
  • Manage branding, messaging, positioning, and pricing of assigned brands based on market, customer, and competitive insights

Job Requirements

  • comprehensive Marketing experience with successful track record
  • experience in Product Launch excellence
  • experience in commercialization of products and sales enablement
  • preferred but not essential sales experience
  • managerial skills as the marketing associate report into this professional
  • fluent in English, preferably confirmed with German or other European language
