What you will do:

Bids & Proposals

Create professional bid packages by gathering information from marketing, HR, legal, finance, and sales in accordance with company guidelines.

Review bid requirements, propose exceptions as needed, and gain appropriate approval for suggested changes.

Support other analysts on the team by completing bid specification documents as needed.

Help maintain database of standard terms and exceptions.

Term Contracts & Pricing Agreements

Support our team's Contract Administrator(s) by helping to Create and maintain all customer contracts related to Purchase and Sale of EC Equipment and Supplies

Ensure appropriate approvals are obtained for all agreements

Work with sales to renew expiring contracts in a timely manner

Complete vendor forms, supplying company and product information as requested.

Manage one or more team mailboxes, processing customer contract activations and responding to inquiries

Perform other related duties as assigned.

What you need:


  • BA in Business, Finance, or Marketing or Economics


  • Strong analytical skills
  • Experience preparing tenders and bids in United States
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage several projects at a time
  • Self-motivated, independent worker
  • Interpersonal skills/team player
  • Strong oral & written communication skills
  • Strong Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access).  Advanced Excel skills required
  • Highly motivated with the ability to work with various cross-functional teams

Work From Home: Occasional

Travel Percentage: 10%
