What You Will Do

Process data mining, analysis, and reporting.  Gain valuable experience in the rigorous business processes and systems of the following Sales Operations disciplines:  Strategic Pricing, Contracts & Pricing, Master Data, Sales Compensation, and Sales Information.

  • Mine historical sales and other relevant data points to assist in the development of impact analyses and responses to RFPs; also analyze discount and profitability trends by business unit, product, and customer.

  • Build analyses for competitive product cross-references by leveraging sales and marketing input and third party competitive list price data.

  • Support the administration of customer pricing, GPO membership and administrative fees, and customer rebates.

  • Support the maintenance of territory alignments and customer master data for hospitals and surgeons.

  • Support the management of compensation for our sales force, including compensation plans and bonuses.

  • Support the critical business processes of providing sales information and reporting, including quotas and sales achievements.

  • Participate in specific Sales Operations projects based on time of year and current project portfolio.

What You Need

  • Bachelor’s Degree required.

  • 0-2 years experience supporting Sales, Sales Reporting & Analysis

  • Prefer previous experience in compensation analysis 

  • Demonstrated organizational and analytical skills

  • Demonstrated detail orientation

  • Undergraduate internship or co-op experience in Sales Operations, Finance, or similar subject area

  • Demonstrated communication, project management, and relationship-building skills

  • Demonstrated Microsoft Excel and Access skills

Work From Home: Regularly scheduled days

Travel Percentage: 10%
