Sales


Manage & implement local sales tactics & execution per year in line with country and marketing objectives.

  • Management of indirect team to achieve sales targets
  • Manage indirect team to execute marketing activities
  • Requirement to cover surgical cases when needed
  • Manage and execute quarterly territory plans with indirect channel
  • Create & maintain relationships with key hospital stake holders including but not limited to:
    • Chief Executives
    • Procurement
    • KOL’s
    • Nursing staff
  • Maintain appropriate levels of company quality service
    • Corporate policy, legislation and quality compliance to meet national and international standards.
    • Appropriate risk and asset management across all areas of responsibility
    • Employee engagement scores (Q12)






Marketing


Manage & Implement local marketing tactics & execution per year in line with country and ASEAN objectives.

  • Professionally execute product launches, obsolescence and recalls partnering with RAQA and Sales & Marketing Manager
  • Management of HCP interactions ensuring compliance is adhered.
  • Manage yearly Needs assessment.
  • Training & Education : Sales Staff
    • Implement sales force effectiveness training for sales team
    • Ensure that dealer reps are trained alongside Stryker staff
    • Ensure that training records are kept & logged within the QMS
  • Professional Education : Surgical Staff
    • Manage local workshops / in-services and training opportunities for junior surgeons
    • Work with marketing team on identifying potential KOLs and creating training opportunities for them outside the region
  • Work closely with operations team and marketing associate to ensure stock level forecasting is in line with proposed marketing plans e.g. product launches, deletions etc
  • Manage local instrument inventory and checklists
  • Work with Sales & Marketing manager to ensure pricing is controlled and in line with market expectations
