Job Description

Basic Function

Responsible for supporting learning needs by documenting implementation of various learning documents and learning programs.  In addition, the Representative will support systems and/or projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for administering and maintaining training assignments by dispositioning requests and assisting SMEs with procedure related training requests.
  • May deliver internal training courses and assist  in the implementation and evaluation for specific training programs.
  • Responds with a high level of customer service to training questions and requests.
  • Build proficiency in the utilization of the learning analytics tool to analyze the effectiveness of training programs. 
  • Responsible for reporting of metrics and scorecard dashboards.
  • Assist in SLMS related tasks by providing support to Training Leads, Process Owners and managers with user groups and curricula assignments.
  • Provide support during audits, both internal and external.
  • Assist in the organization wide annual learning needs analysis process.
  • Works with managers to ensure that employees receive appropriate and required assignments in accordance with quality system regulations. 
  • Responsible for ongoing establishment and evaluation of curricula and user groups in our learning management system (LMS) and onboarding plans as appropriate. 
  • Assist in maintenance of competency based training.
  • Attention to detail in making evaluative judgements based on the analysis of factual information.
  • Responsible for use of judgement in applying professional expertise and is expected to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Perform additional duties and projects as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years relevant experience in adult education, learning and development, or related field
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred but not required, with focus in Organizational Development, Training and Development, Education, or related field.s preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience of adult learning, instructional design, e-learning and training methodologies.
  • Demonstrated understanding of a notified body/ government regulated training environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated organizational and project management skills.
  • Demonstrated interpersonal and teamwork skills.
  • Excellent time management skills with ability to use independent judgment effectively.
  • Creativity and enthusiasm for compliance.
  • Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
