Responsible for developing, coordinating, implementing, and maintaining Failure Analysis systems, Processes and QA/FA improvement projects.  Supervises the Failure Analysis team.

What will you do:

Develops, coordinates, implements, and maintains FA systems / Processes for new products, existing products and acquisitions.

Designs and/or implements and manages methods, procedures and processes for inspecting / testing / evaluating products and/or components that require Failure Analysis / Root Cause Analysis as part of the return process.

Supports Data Analytics and SEM (Smart Equipment Management) through the Failure Analysis Process

Coordinates the activities of Non Serviced Device / Post Market Analysis Technicians and Failure Analysis Engineers.

Evaluates the performance of the Failure Analysis & Post Market Analysis teams based on pre-established performance parameters.

Responsible for assigned group complying with company policies and corrective actions.

Who we want:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (ME of EE preferred)

High level of technical background

5 or more years’ experience

Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with and lead cross functional teams.

Demonstrated Leadership skills

Influence across organization
