Your key responsibilities

  • In your role as an (Associate) Project Manager you are managing patient specific solution projects advancing Hip arthroscopy. You will be part of the Sports Medicine team, the fastest growing segment of the Endoscopy business.
  • As an important interface between Marketing, R&D and Operations you are managing an international project team at multiple locations.
  • Together with our customers: surgeons, radiologists and surgeon staff you are identifying user needs and translate them into product requirements.
  • With the program leadership team, you define project scope, schedules, identify risk profiles and budgets.
  • You manage stakeholders in different functions and levels and communicate project updates and progress effectively at all levels.
  • You have the opportunity to define the digitalization of Hip arthroscopy and how minimal invasive surgery will be done in the future.

What are we looking for?

  • You have an advanced degree in engineering, physics or in another related field.
  • You have professional experiences ideally in the medical device industry or in another highly regulated environment.
  • You have a proven track record of managing complex projects, containing software and hardware.
  • The ideal candidate will be a self-starter that works on projects with minimal direction. This individual will be highly collaborative and must have the ability to communicate effectively both to technical and non-technical audiences in English and sometimes German. This person will have strong problem solving and analytical skills and will strive to develop a deep understanding of the clinical needs of the products they are working on.
